Seasons Four Sales Associates have a passion for helping our customers find the right outdoor furniture for their space, needs and aesthetic. For over 50 years Seasons Four has been providing our customers with the knowledge, understanding and expectations for a range of different outdoor furniture materials. We offer a variety of styles from classic to contemporary, we do our best to stay on trend while still offering the timeless pieces that everyone loves. If you enjoy working with customers, have a strong and passionate work ethic than this position will be so rewarding. With a warehouse on site, everything that you see in our showroom we also stock in our warehouse. This allows customers to feel the instant gratification of a purchase and the joy of being able to use their furniture right away.

Qualifications:

Creative, motivated with a strong drive to connect with clients

Detail oriented

Friendly, energetic and able to manage customer interactions

Innovative, collaborative, and willing to learn, grow and contribute

• 1+ year experience in high passed retail store

Proficiency in computer skills and ability to learn new programs

Able to work weekends (busiest days of the week)

Responsibilities

Sales

Greet and direct customers

Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)

Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services

Manage returns of merchandise

Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)

Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager

Skills

Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships

Proven work experience as a Retail Sales consultant, Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role

Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures

Basic math skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
