Job Description

Tulfa is on the lookout for a Sales Director and Business Development to spearhead our efforts in expanding our e-commerce client base. This role is crucial for identifying and securing new clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored 3D content solutions. You'll be pivotal in driving our sales strategy, demonstrating the value of our services, and achieving ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Research and identify potential clients across various industries, building a strong pipeline through outreach and networking.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations to understand client challenges and goals, collaborating with our team to craft customized 3D, AR, and e-commerce solutions.
  • Solution Presentation: Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations that clearly communicate the benefits and ROI of our services.
  • Lead Conversion: Build and maintain strong client relationships, negotiate contracts, and close deals to exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in business development and sales, with at least 3 years in a similar role within a digital marketing or e-commerce environment.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, sales funnel technologies, and paid advertising.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development.
