Job Description

HireArt is seeking a North America Field Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of field marketing programs that will drive early-stage pipeline to late-stage in support of the sales team. We’re looking for a strategic marketer with a strong track record of building and executing field marketing programs, and the ability to work in partnership with the sales, account management, product, and marketing teams. This role will be responsible for developing and managing field-based demand generation programs and event campaigns to build awareness, drive and nurture leads, and accelerate opportunities to close.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and account management teams to build and execute a strong field marketing strategy that fills the top of the funnel, using a variety of tactics including on and offline events, webinars, local campaigns, and co-marketing with partners
  • Own reporting and tracking of program pipeline and performance results tied to quarterly and annual targets.
  • Manage budgets and campaign tracking and lead the process to meet pipeline goals. Forecast budget needs and return on investment while managing vendor invoices/payments.
  • Research, plan and maintain the HireArt calendar of on and offline events including 3rd party industry conferences, HireArt-driven physical events, roadshows, digital summits and webinars.
  • Manage logistics and execution of all planned events; event themes, work with outside vendors, manage events’ staffing
  • Maintain direct alignment with sales team in terms of all pre and post event communication, marketing-driven campaigns, and event promotion strategy
  • Manage internal field and events communication between sales and marketing
  • Evaluate all campaigns’ impact & ROI to determine level of success and inform future planning
  • Work to build strong co-marketing relationships with customers, partners and vendors
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing ideally within a B2B environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Experience and familiarity with the contingent workforce software space (VMS, EOR, MSP, etc.)
  • Versed in CRM tools such as Marketo and Salesforce, as well as other office productivity and collaboration tools
  • Proactive and excellent at designing and executing demand generation activities, with a track record of delivering results
  • Experience building and delivering field marketing campaigns, events and key account programs in a start-up with a smaller (but growing) sales organization
  • Data-driven – you have a grasp on crucial marketing KPIs and what levers to pull to optimize your campaigns to drive performance
  • Demonstrated success in highly collaborative partnerships with cross-functional leaders both inside and outside the company
  • The experience and passion to think creatively and generate ideas on how to build robust and unique campaigns
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Operate with a sense of urgency and hustle, and have a high level of intellectual curiosity
  • Hands-on execution ability with effective project management, time management, prioritization, organizational skills, accuracy in performance, and ability to anticipate the needs of sales
  • Ability to travel 10%-20%

This is a remote, full-time, permanent position with HireArt and is open to candidates who reside and are authorized to work in the United States and able to work during Eastern Time Zone business hours. Unfortunately, we're unable to offer sponsorships or do corp-to-corp.
