Reports To: Sales Manager or General Manager w/ Guidance from VP of Growth
Status: Full-time
Re-Bath is a fast growing, bathroom remodeling company. We need a Professional Design Consultant with excellent communication skills, experience, and savvy to meet new clients in their homes and sell them our products and services.
To thrive in this role, you will need to be self-motivated, work independently, communicate well, and be highly organized. We are looking for an individual who is not afraid to work hard. Experience in the construction industry is a plus but not required. The right individual will play a key part in the expansion of this company and will have the opportunity to gain experience as the company grows.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS (Essential Functions):
Sales
· Function as the single point of contact to the customer for all types of remodeling requests
· Go out to client homes and meet with them regarding their remodeling project.
· Follow the Re-Bath Sales System
· Assist Project Managers with ordering products (product & scope clarification as needed).
· Work with Project Managers & General Manager to make jobs go smoothly.
· Provide documents to assist the Production Team throughout the post-sale process using Microsoft SharePoint and other computer programs.
· Use Ingage & Sales Pro (Leap) in the home.
· Go back to finished jobs to inspect, take after pictures, and ask for referrals.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Attend one Sales Meeting a week (Mandatory unless on vacation)
· Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction.
· Fast turnaround of customer requests
· Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
· The desire to make a real difference in a small company, and to have some fun along the way.
· Basic business knowledge
· Solid experience delivering customer service.
· Basic accounting skills with a high degree of accuracy
· Experience managing a busy work schedule.
· High School Diploma
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
· College Degree
· Prior construction experience or knowledge of construction industry
· Prior business-to-consumer sales experience
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Sitting 80% (in the office, client’s homes, driving to appointments)
· Standing/walking 20%
· Moderate noise levels from office equipment.
· Minimum lifting requirements of 45 pounds to carry sample kits into client’s homes.
· Frequent client and interoffice personnel interaction; heavily dependent on excellent customer interaction.
· Hearing – Must be able to hear telephonic equipment and comfortably communicate with clients and others by telephone and in person.
· Near Vision - The ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer) as required for business software, and operating office machines.

Minimum Performance Requirements
· 80% Presentation rate (Appointments Issued to Presentations)
· 25% Net Close rate (Net Sold Jobs to Appointments Run)
· Produce Clean Contracts and Documents for Production.
Compensation
· Pay Days are Bi-Weekly.
