Job Description
The primary responsibility of the Insurance Agent role is to schedule appointments with potential clients, assess their insurance needs, and finalize sales transactions for our products.
We offer uncapped commissions, abundant leads, and continuous sales training.
Performance Expectations:
- Minimum 3 hours of daily calling
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Saturdays: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Contacting customers from our database
- Utilizing various communication channels to match clients with suitable products
- Arranging and conducting virtual demonstrations for clients
- Achieving or surpassing monthly and yearly sales targets
