As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team and help us provide exceptional service to our customers.

The Position:
Inside Sales Manager (HVAC)

In long:
As the Inside Sales Manager (HVAC) at Bold City Heating & Air, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing top-tier customer service to our clients. You will work directly with customers over the phone, via email, and online platforms, answering inquiries, recommending products and services, and closing sales.

This position offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with ample opportunities for career growth and earning potential.

In short:
- Provide quotes for services
- Follow up on unsold estimates
- Educate customers on the benefits on our services
- Building relationships with existing customer to ensure recurrence of services

The Money Part:
- Competitive salary plus commission with the ability to earn $60,000 - $80,000 annually

What we'd like to see:

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—with a focus on building rapport with customers.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and services is a plus, but not required.
- Proficient in using CRM software
- A positive, can-do attitude with a strong drive to succeed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or HVAC-related certifications are a plus.
