In this role, successful candidates must have maturity, experience and professionalism. They must be able to handle challenging situations with grace. Service Advisors help customers in-person and over the phone, identify service needs of their personal investment. These special people educate our clients on how to maintain their vehicle, ensuring it lasts a long time.
The best candidates have experience in an automotive dealership environment and knowledge of the inner-workings of the automobile. They would also have experience with ADP/CDK computer programs and understand the process of opening and closing work orders. Other experience or education in the Automotive field is an asset, as is passion for the brand and career goals.
