Job Description:
- Oversee sales activity for territory.
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies & goals for territory.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in accounts.
- Establish strategic partnerships with vendors to build opportunity and sales.
- Coordinate and facilitate training seminars and leadership to improve sales technique.
- Support customer service and sales team with customer base.
- Work with Universities and teaching institutions to build brand awareness and usage.
- If MegaGen America elects, work with DSO's to build market share.
- Manage expenses, reports, and activities within territory.
- Work in partnership with sales team and leadership to build education efforts, including:
* Live Surgical - Internationally and State level.
* Study Club's and continuums.
* Evening programs and Road Shows.
* Specialist programs.
* Education for each territory to build awareness and sales.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
