We’ll teach you how Business Planning will increase your sales and meet or exceed your goals. We’ll teach you how to ‘shift’ with the market and be successful and prosperous. We’ll teach you how to manage Client expectations to build your Sphere.

  • Respond to in-bound leads quickly and consistently follow-up with leads to grow your sales pipeline
  • Strive to successfully complete closings to meet your Business Plan
  • Help clients choose mortgage options that meet their needs and budgets
  • Support and learn from other agents in our Brokerage in order to establish a prosperous and long-term real estate career
  • Stay abreast of local and national news that will impact your real estate market and be prepared to share this expertise with clients
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
  • Willingness to learn and obtain Real Estate License, or already have a Real Estate License
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills (a second language is a plus)
  • Should have business acumen
  • Sales experience is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
