About the Role
DUMAK is looking for passionate and driven individual to join our team as an Account Manager. You will play a key role in business development, building connections with new clients and nurturing valuable existing relationships that drive the success of our products.
The Account Manager is a persistent, self-motivated and results-driven contributor. You will focus on expanding our client base and develop business in new areas by executing your sales strategies; as well as continuously maintain relationships with our existing accounts. You will be supported by our sales management, operations and marketing teams to ensure success.

Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Sales Planning and Execution: Executing sales strategies to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets through meetings, drop-ins, phone-calls and product testing.
- Sales Prospecting: Identifying and researching potential clients or markets to generate new leads.
- CRM System Utilization: Effectively using CRM software to manage client interactions, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records of customer information and communications.
- Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams to share best practices, market information, pricing strategies, attend company calls.
- Problem Solving: Addressing any occurring issues promptly and effectively. Taking proactive steps to prevent future issues and maintain positive client relationships.

Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or related area.
- Valid driving license and reliable vehicle - clean driving record.
- Ability to drive to meet with clients approximately 3 to 4 days a week.

- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
- Location: Remote (required to be located in Boston or surrounding area)
- Salary: Starting at $50,000.00 per year + Commission package
