**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a motivated Door-to-Door Sales Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, persuasive, and driven to succeed in sales. This role involves selling services directly to potential customers at their homes. House cleaning, pressure washing, carpet shampoo, and tile and grout cleaning.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to promote and sell products or services

- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's offerings

- Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor sales pitches

- Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and meet targets

- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using Salesforce or similar CRM tools

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales goals

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in outside sales or door-to-door sales

- Strong ability to analyze market trends and customer preferences

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus

- Familiarity with technical sales and account management practices

- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully
