What You’ll Be Doing
- Actively promote and sell event spaces, catering services, and packages to corporate clients, social groups, and individuals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners to maximize sales opportunities and referrals.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create tailored catering menus and packages that meet client needs and preferences.
- Conduct site tours, tastings, and presentations to showcase event spaces and catering offerings to prospective clients.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry to contract negotiation and event execution, ensuring seamless coordination and client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing initiatives to drive awareness, generate leads, and increase bookings.
- Negotiates and finalizes contracts and banquet event orders (BEO) by meeting with and/or
- telephoning clients.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure successful event delivery and guest experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to achieve business objectives and targets.
Education & Experience
Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have:
A college degree or two years of hotel experience
Previous experience in a similar or related position
Hilton experience preferred
