About you

You’re a customer-service pro interested in leveling up into program management. You’re passionate about building enduring relationships and offering solutions that are second-to-none. You thrive in collaborative and independent settings, know how to problem-solve in customer-facing environments, and have excellent organizational skills.

About the role

The Program Management Assistant works on the sales team, providing support to the Inside Sales Manager, as well as internal and external stakeholders – colleagues and customers will rely on you to relay information – clearly, and in a timely manner – regarding orders and maintenance requests.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

· Quote prices and bid packages for existing and new customers

· Resolve customer issues expertly, and in a timely manner

· Enter purchase orders and maintenance requests in company client database

· Source and develop new business by working with sales representatives to find opportunities on government bid boards and elsewhere

· Create and submit proposals for customers by reviewing and compiling pricing and quote packages

· Ensure assigned customer updates are made to internal production schedule and communicated to the relevant parties

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or other related degree OR 3-5 years of relevant experience in customer service or project management
  • Proven track record in customer service or project management environments
  • Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with experience multitasking and staying organized independently
  • Ability to frequently work alone and with minimal supervision
