We are looking for an energetic, self-starter and experienced Key Account Manager to join the Marsham Natural Products Broker team.
Position Summary:
As our Key Account Manager, you will oversee and actively manage select Accounts in representing "Better for You" Natural & Organic products. We are seeking a candidate thatdemonstrates a can-do attitude in delivering Company and Client objectives at select accounts.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and track progress of annual business plans for all clients and assigned accounts.
- Prepares and presents promotions, pricing, and merchandising, to assigned accounts on a timely basis.
- Manage all trade spending within budgeted limits while delivering to clients’ priorities.
- Present all new products and line extensions utilizing client data, and distributor data.
- Executes Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews with Key Accounts.
- Execute and monitor all Client’s marketing/digital initiatives.
- Conduct detailed ROI analytics & post-event analysis, staying within Client budgets.
- Advise customers on customer category dynamics and other category management practices including assortment and POG development.
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate Account/Clients needs on an ongoing basis.
- Actively review, assess, and provide feedback to Manager and Brand Business Managers.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-10 years in Natural and Organic channel, with CPG Food experience preferred.
- Analytical thinker, strategic problem solver, works independently, makes decisions where appropriate and meets predetermined and unexpected deadlines.
- Excellent presentation and selling skills.
- Ability to analyze data and synthesize key performance drivers for the Clients.
- Demonstrates highly developed written (business and creative) and verbal communication skills, tact, assertiveness, and business acumen.
- Hands-on team player with the ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally to achieve optimal results.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong detail orientation, strong multitasking, and prioritization abilities with a proven track record of over-achieving on sales targets in a fast-paced environment and exceeding organizational goals.
