Job Description
The Sales Enablement Analyst II is responsible for leveraging objectives of the Sales Enablement team to prioritize analytics efforts and produce data and reports to support said objectives. The Sales Enablement Analyst II collaborates with various lines of the business to create and maintain sales policies, assists with setting sales goals, and supports incentive plan structure. Overall, the Analyst II will define a program for setting, reviewing and communicating organizational goal, as well as ensuring territories and results are in place while deadlines are consistently met. In addition to defining the goal programs , they will develop tools to run sales scenarios, conduct analysis and modeling to further improve sales processes. They will also work with Sales leadership to communicate goal strategies, address reporting inquiries, make recommendations for performance improvement, and conduct quality control checks on key goal processes and outcomes.
What you will do here:
Develop various analytics and ad hoc reports, including organizational key metrics, and sales process indicator tools. Analyze key metrics, including but not limited to sales processes, production results, and other business metrics to identify trends, provide both quantitative and qualitative assessments with objective and actionable insights and recommendations.
Support goal planning for all lines of business through the processes of forecasting, modeling, and monitoring to ensure progress towards strategic business goals.
Collaborate with various lines of business to gather and understand business expectations in order to develop and deliver accurate data analysis, reports, dashboards and visualizations to enable data driven decisions to sales processes.
Proactively source data from multiple systems to identify promotional and learning gaps for goal attainment.
Meet with Subject Matter Experts and Sales Leadership to incorporate market, process, or staffing changes that may impact goal attainment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What you will need:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field OR Or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
3+ years experience with Sales Analytics required.
Demonstrated capability to influence without authority required.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail required.
Demonstrated ability to turn data into meaningful insights required.
Strong interpersonal skills required.
Communication skills; provide clear and concise insights; formulate actionable recommendations required.
Advanced Microsoft Office product skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint required.
Demonstrate ability to quickly learn and utilize analytical tools required.
Knowledge and experience with agile principles and tools required.
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems preferred.
Demonstrated competence with reporting tools, software, and applications including SQL Reporting Services and Power BI required.
