Overview
WPIC Marketing + Technologies is looking for an experienced Sales Assistant to join our growing team! This person will play a key role in supporting our President, connecting with clients, and driving our sales initiatives! In this dynamic role, you’ll provide essential administrative support, communicate with prospective clients, and help us meet our sales goals. This fast-paced role offers a unique opportunity to work flexible hours, coordinating global sales calls and meetings to support the President and ensure our client relationships thrive.
Role Overview:
The typical duties for this role, including but not limited to the following (additional tasks may be assigned as needed):
- Engage with inbound leads, providing high-quality customer service and initial information on WPIC’s services.
- Pre-qualify leads and refer prospective clients to the President.
- Assist the President in managing and tracking sales leads and the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate records in our CRM HubSpot.
- Provide general support to the President, including preparing proposals, contracts, and marketing materials.
- Take detailed notes during sales calls with the President to ensure accurate follow-up and support for ongoing initiatives.
- Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings, following established guidelines.
- Fielding ad hoc content and support requests from the President and the sales team
- Organize and maintain a repository of sales materials, including scripts, templates, and presentations.
- Act as a liaison between the sales and marketing teams , assisting with projects across various stages of the sales funnel.
- Conduct research on prospective leads and perform market research to enhance outreach efforts.
- Continuously seek feedback from the sales team to improve administrative support and enablement programs.
- Other duties, responsibilities, or projects as required or assigned by the President.
Role Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or office administration.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to take detailed notes and document information accurately.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Strong attention to detail, with high standards for quality and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Familiarity with technical sales or technology products is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of account management principles.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- A genuine interest in developing a career in sales or business development.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Business Administration, or Marketing is an asset.
- Experience with a CRM (HubSpot preferred) and prior sales support experience are advantageous.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
