Job Description

Best home flooring is a flooring distributor in Canada. We are expanding our market in order to satisfy customer needs. We are currently recruiting Part-Time or Full-Time sales associate for our rapidly developing flooring store. Key Responsibility is to generate and maintain sales and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Developing business and accounts to increase volume, product distribution, and market share.
  • Help clients with our products and services in a friendly manner. Keep customer satisfaction high.
  • Meet goals and objectives in assigned accounts. Hit sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience in flooring industry is preferred. 1 – 2 years of selling experience is an asset;
  • Ambitious attitude with a drive to exceed targets.
  • Comfortable talking in a professional setting.
  • Able to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm.
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle. Able to travel (within the city)

This position is a commissioned based opportunity, so your earning capacity is up to you! However, we encourage only individuals who are high achievers with exceptional sales experience apply. First 3 months are probation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $34,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

  • French not required

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay

  • sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
