Job Responsibilities:
- Gain in-depth knowledge of our vehicles and differentiate them to existing and potential customers
- Spend time with customers to determine their needs and discusses vehicle options
- Complete quotes, return email/voicemail, other administrative functions to include running credit applications and processing transaction paperwork
- Manage a team of Sales Representatives
Job Requirements
- Must have at least 2-5 years of successful experience as a New Car Dealership Sales Manager in automotive sales
- Prior Automotive Sales Management experience
- Ability to encourage others to meet sales goals
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")
- Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
- Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Must possess the ability to “CLOSE"

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
