**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our electric mobility team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales activities and developing business opportunities within a designated region. **Duties:** - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets - Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with light Electric Vehicle, E-Bike and E-Moped dealers. Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends - Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers - Provide excellent customer service and support to maintain dealer satisfaction - Utilize Monday's Account Management and CRM tools to track sales activities and performance **Experience:** - Proven experience in outdoor sporting goods equipment, Electric Bike and PowerSports dealer development andtechnical sales. - Strong negotiation skills and ability to close sales deals effectively - Knowledge of market trends and electric mobility competitor analysis - Experience in outside sales, account management, and customer service - Familiarity with technology sales is a plus If you are a results-driven individual with a passion for sales and a track record of exceeding targets, we invite you to apply for the Regional Sales Manager position with us.
