The Sales Account Manager - Airline Industry is responsible for managing a portfolio of airline accounts and ensuring that they are satisfied with our products and services. This includes developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, identifying, and closing new business opportunities, and providing ongoing support to customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong customer focus.

· Manage a portfolio of accounts and ensure that they are satisfied with our products and services.

· Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.

· Identify and close new business opportunities.

· Provide ongoing support to customers.

· Prepare reports on account activity and performance.

· Track and meet sales goals.

· Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

· This position is hybrid.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 5 years industry experience

· Candidate must be an individual that already has relationships with the customers. We can help to provide some contacts at our current customers. But we will NOT hire an individual that does not have any current airline relationships.

· Occasionally Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

· Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.

· Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Motivated and results oriented.

· Can travel occasionally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
