Job Description:
EDI/Order Management Specialist
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with applicable experience in working with 3rd Party EDI vendors and strong communication skills with customers and internal team.
Responsibilities:
- Support overall customer experience from time of purchase order receipt to time of delivery.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales Team, Shipping, and Finance to ensure business goals are supported.
- Respond swiftly and resolve critical situations that impact customer service delivery.
- Account Management/ Ownership.
- Ensure Adherence to Vendor Compliance requirements driving the reduction and elimination of charge-backs.
- Work with 3rd Party EDI vendors for EDI issues resolution (outbound & inbound).
- Support Vendor Portals and Requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement. Work with management to prioritize, plan and execute the most impactful improvements.
- Daily reporting on assigned accounts.
- Have a data-driven approach to daily work.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-4 years of applicable experience in Consumer Products / Retail Order Management/Operations.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Shopify order management.
- Bachelors degree in business administration is preferred but not required.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel or Google Sheet.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of invoicing and PO processing.
- Inclined to work collaboratively with other departments as well as independently.
- Knowledge in outbound & inbound EDI operations.
- Be organized, multi-tasking, ahead of schedule, communicative, and accountable.
- Knowledge/Experience in NetSuite and Amazon Vendor Central is definitely a Plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
