A Day in the Life of The Regional Sales Manager, Americas:
  • Identifying and prospecting new customers in the Americas, focusing on airlines and heavy maintenance MROs.
  • Developing and maintaining close relationships with customers in the region.
  • Negotiating contract terms and ensuring continuous RFQ flow.
  • Creating and implementing effective sales strategies to grow business opportunities.
  • Preparing and presenting to prospective clients and internal executives.
  • Providing consultancy on complex matters and monitoring customer debt collection.
  • Organizing and leading weekly sales team meetings.
  • Reporting on budget performance and providing relevant market updates.
  • Fulfilling yearly targets and completing tasks assigned by management.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Sales/Marketing in the Aviation industry.
  • Strong network within the aviation industry, particularly with airlines and MROs in the Americas.
  • Proven experience in aviation parts brokering.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and fluent in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with Quantum and/or AMOS.
  • Must be located in Miami/Broward counties or willing to relocate.
Travel Requirements:
Up to 50% travel as necessary for job performance.
