Andersen Commercial Plumbing, recognized as Southern California's Top Service Commercial Companies, is currently seeking an Account Manager. We are searching for an experienced Account Manager who will share our commitment to delivering the best possible product and service to our ever-growing customer base.
If you have three years direct experience selling to MRO, Hospitality, Multi-family, and Renovations, we want to hear from you.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Contacting current customers and identifying new services.
· Opening new accounts and closing orders.
· Maintaining knowledge base on current products and learning about new products.
· Providing product information, pricing quotations and follow-up on quotes.
· Offering technical expertise on products to purchasers when applicable.
· Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships.
· Ensuring that customers are satisfied with order taking, product, pricing, deliveries, and overall service.
· Working closely with others to ensure customer needs are met.
· Other duties as required.

Skills & Competencies:
· Exceptional customer service skills required.
· Ability to develop long-term relationships and generate referrals from your customers.
· Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Impeccable organizational skills with attention to detail.
· Time management & multitasking skills to serve several customers at the same time.
· Strong networking skills.
· Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Self-motivated; able to function effectively both independently and as a member of a team.
· Proven ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
· Familiar with Service Titan.
Qualifications and Skills
· 5 years of outside sales experience.
· 3 years minimum selling to Hospitality, Multi-Family, Hospitals, Renovation, Buildings Superintendents, Facility Engineers.
· Strong attention to details and follow-up calls.
· Daily reliability and punctuality with a positive attitude.
Travel Requirements
· Travel will be required within the Orange County area.
· Monthly auto allowance and fuel card provided.
Compensation and Benefits
· Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 + commission (Unlimited – No Cap on Commission).

Compliance Requirements
· Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug test prior to employment.
· Must be willing to submit to an MVR report – No DUIs or more than 2 points on a driving record is our baseline standard.
