We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Jewelry Store Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our jewelry store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for jewelry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
- Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase store profitability. Monitor sales performance and take proactive measures to address any issues or challenges.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and ensure accurate and efficient inventory management practices are maintained.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive outstanding service by providing a friendly and welcoming environment, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly, and resolving any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store layout and displays are visually appealing and effectively showcase the jewelry collections to maximize sales opportunities.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service abilities.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
