Director of Sales
Do you have experience leading and growing a Sales Team? Ideally in the built environment? Not just meeting but exceeding quota? ATI seeks a proven sales leader to join our Leadership Team, not just a salesperson!
Based in UT, ATI/Solus was created to deliver the most amazing luxury technology solutions (Lighting, Shading, Control, Audio, and Video), to the most discerning clients, that enhances the quality of living. Our clients are building luxury homes and they value craftsmanship paired with dedicated customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Define, Iterate & Manage ATI’s Sales Process
- Optimize: Who we sell to and through
- Strategize: Develop the “Tool Kit” and execute on a B2B Partnerships & B2C Sales
- Relationships: They are everything! Develop and maintain them with our key partners.
- Drive: Events, Sales Activities, Best Practices, Change Management
- Monitor: competitive landscape, market trends, consumer behavior, new market opportunities
Manage ATI’s Sales Team
- Lead, manage, and hold accountable: Team of 8 (2ea Bus Dev, 5ea Sales, 1ea Admin)
- Roll-up sales pipeline and forecasting across team
- Meeting or exceeding quota
Collaborate With ATI’s Teams
- Leadership: The Director of Sales is a key member of our Leadership Team.
- Other team interfaces: Design & Engineering, Project Management, Accounting
Job Qualifications
- 5yrs+ of sales team management (Not just sales)
- Pref. Experience: Selling in Built Environment (Architects, Builders, Designers, Owners Reps)
Your Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $125k/yr w/ Bonus Plan
- 401k w/ 3% Match
