As a Corporate Account Manager (CAM), you will support our Corporate Account Executives (CAE) in achieving sales targets and driving business growth. The CAM will assist with onboarding new corporate customers, coordinating all projects for corporate customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition and an excellent customer experience.
This is NOT a sales role.
This includes;
- Facilitating communication with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with CAE's goals and strategies.
- Assisting in maintaining relationships with existing clients and establishing relationships with new corporate customers.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely delivery of customer projects.
- Assisting in onboarding new corporate clients.
- Acting as a point of contact and make sure to respond to client requests and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Ensuring corporate accounts comply with contract specifications.
- Helping organize quarterly business reviews.
- Recommending and track cost-saving initiatives.
- 1-3 years of in customer relationship management, account management, and/or project management required.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn quickly and think strategically
