Event Sales Manager – Team-Building Cooking Classes

Role Overview
As the Event Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling our team-building cooking class experiences to corporate clients, event planners, and other groups. You will play a key role in expanding our client base and developing long-term relationships, ensuring a seamless booking process and a memorable experience for all clients.

Key Responsibilities

· Sales Growth: Identify and target potential corporate clients, event planners, and organizations interested in team-building events.

· Lead Generation: Develop and execute a strategy for generating leads, reaching out to potential clients through cold calling, networking, and digital marketing.

· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their event needs and customizing proposals to meet their goals.

· Event Coordination Support: Work closely with our culinary team and event coordinators to ensure a smooth and successful event execution.

· Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms, closing deals in a timely manner while meeting revenue targets.

· Market Insights: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.

· Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions, providing regular reports on progress and sales metrics.

Qualifications

· 2+ years of experience in event sales, corporate sales, or a related field.

· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong negotiation skills and a consultative sales approach.

· Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.

· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
