As a Sales Operations Specialist, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, support sales representatives, and deliver impactful training resources. Responsibilities.

  • Serve as an administrator for HubSpot CRM, overseeing all aspects of Contacts, Companies, Deals, and Tickets management.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance HubSpot CRM functionalities through integrations and customization to meet evolving business needs.
  • Serve the sales team to enable them to follow existing processes.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, produce analyses, and contribute to financial oversight and reporting processes.
  • Conduct regular audits and clean-ups of CRM data to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize sales processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across the sales organization.
  • Enforce adherence to established sales procedures and policies, maintaining a high standard of compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership and the Revenue Operations (RevOps) team to identify and implement best practices for sales operations.
  • Provide support and guidance to sales representatives, addressing inquiries and challenges promptly to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with creation and delivery of comprehensive training resources in collaboration with the sales enablement team, aimed at enhancing sales effectiveness and productivity.
  • Proactively gather feedback from stakeholders to identify areas for continuous improvement in tools, processes, and systems.
  • Oversee the import and export of data, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and accuracy of information.
  • Manage the proper assignment of accounts and calibration of territories to optimize sales performance.

Qualifications.

  • 2-3+ years of experience in sales operations ideally within the SaaS industry
  • Advanced proficiency in HubSpot CRM, including configuration, customization, and optimization for sales processes.
    Proficiency in G Suite, project management tools (e.g., Asana), data analytics platforms (e.g., ChartMogul), and subscription billing systems (e.g., Stripe, ChargeBee).
  • Strong project management skills, with experience leading and executing initiatives related to sales operations and billing processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a proven track record of working effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive insights and decision-making.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, staying updated on industry trends and best practices in sales operations.
