YOUR ROLE
- Actively work with customer and related teams (MKT/O2O/SC) to optimize mutual relationship and business running.
- Executing company strategies, including product placements, promotions, etc.
- As a role to understand market demands and provide timely feedback to the company.
- Cooperate with MKT & TM team to promote and develop new products and solutions.
- Analyze & optimize trade spending in all manners, achieving annual target from ROI perspective, and making sure the positive P&L outcome.
- Support continuous business growth by ensuring all customers order are processed and delivered on time in full.
- Forecasting customer demand and developing supply plans to enable promotions and new product launches with the customer.
- Your enthusiasm for this professional role and desire to make your mark.

- Build up a leadership mindset to drive the customer growth.
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree or above,
- Over 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry is required.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit.
- Previous experience in personal care store business management is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
