YOUR ROLE

  • Actively work with customer and related teams (MKT/O2O/SC) to optimize mutual relationship and business running.
  • Executing company strategies, including product placements, promotions, etc.
  • As a role to understand market demands and provide timely feedback to the company.
  • Cooperate with MKT & TM team to promote and develop new products and solutions.
  • Analyze & optimize trade spending in all manners, achieving annual target from ROI perspective, and making sure the positive P&L outcome.
  • Support continuous business growth by ensuring all customers order are processed and delivered on time in full.
  • Forecasting customer demand and developing supply plans to enable promotions and new product launches with the customer.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree or above,
  • Over 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry is required.
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit.
  • Previous experience in personal care store business management is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
