Role and Responsibilities:

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will need to connect with homeowners and businesses day-to-day to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

- Traveling to appointments and conducting In-Home consultations and assessments to recommend the ideal impact windows and doors for each client

- Collaborate with our team to provide accurate quotes and proposals based on rough measurements taken at customer’s home

-Daily follow-up of proposals sent out via email and phone

-Assist customers in selecting the best options to suit their needs and make decisions on their project of choice.

-This is a commission-based position with no CAP! Our top reps are taking home $100,000+

-Base number of highly interested and qualified leads will be provided

-While all sales/marketing costs to generate leads will be performed by the back office; Product Specialists are still expected to self-generate leads through referrals and networking

Preferred Qualifications:

- Proven track record of success in outside sales, with a focus on home improvement products preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic

- Familiarity with impact windows and doors and knowledge of local building codes

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

-Marketing experience with social media is a plus

- Bilingual: English and Spanish is a must

Base salary plus uncapped commission

Pay: $65,668.00 - $100,000.00 per year
