Daily responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Being able to plan, organize, and direct sales employees to maximize their potential.
- Establish a sales objective for the department each month.
- Achieve forecasted sales by following (and if necessary, adjusting) your written plan of action.
- Monitor sales employees daily performance and compare it with that month's objective.
- Coach, counsel, supervise and develop sales employees.
- Maintain dealership standards.
- Understand departmental financial data.
- Maintain a self development program and meet the highest personal and professional standards.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
