About The Role:

Our vision is to build the comprehensive wellness solution for every modern family, addressing a wide range of needs across the spectrum of wellness supported by a combination of human and AI assistants and to integrate our solutions with existing Panasonic Businesses and their products. To help bring this to market, we are looking for a Head of Business Unit Engagement to take on full responsibility for building relationships with Global Panasonic Business Units, identifying partnership and integration opportunities and helping to deliver joint ventures that create measurable value for Panasonic globally.. You will be responsible for steering and spearheading the engagement between PanasonicWELL and our partners in Panasonic globally.

PanasonicWELL is able to employ individuals who reside in (or that are willing to relocate to) the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, and Washington.

What You'll Get To Do:

  • Lead Business Engagement and Change Management strategy, planning and management with Global Panasonic Business Units
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for Global Panasonic Business unit stakeholders
  • Leverage a change management methodology, process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
  • Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications.
  • Support Business Unit training efforts. Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships
  • Negotiate engagements and close agreements to create mutually beneficial arrangements for Panasonic and PanasonicWELL joint ventures
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key business units, business unit stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to business needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing business unites and/or identify areas of improvement to meet OKR goals
  • Forecast and track key business engagement metrics
  • Collaborate with Engineering teams to identify and grow opportunities across Business Units and geographies
  • Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • You have 8+ years of experience in Business Engagement with exceptional Customer Service skills, with a focus delivering complex hardware and software solutions focused on the Japanese and overall Asian Market.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level. Fluent Japanese and English language skills
  • Proven work experience as an Business Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or relevant role
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple business stakeholders and projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and receiving positive customer feedback
  • Proficiency with common customer success and customer relationship management software, such as Gainsight and Salesforce
  • You have an agile and lean mindset, and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, dynamic environments.
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
  • Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
  • Problem solving and root-cause identification skills
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts

This position may be eligible for participation in our employee bonus program. Grade level and salary ranges are determined primarily through the scope and complexity of the role along with a review of the applicant's experience and skills, as well as alignment with geographic market data and equity with other team members.
