Currently seeking Used Car Manager
Presenting, Selling, Managing and providing a great Customer Experience. Moffitt Mazda/Moffitt Volkswagen is located in Bossier City, LA. Career Oriented - Our expectation is to attract a true professional and individual that is looking for long term growth within our Company.
Earning and retaining a customer's business is the lifeblood of the dealership. The level of Customer Experience we provide directly ties into our overall success. Responsibilities & Requirements:
Sales Manager Experience REQUIRED
Ability to drive sales and produce results; must be a strong closer.
Monitor sales deals from start to finish for accuracy.
Professional, well-groomed appearance.
Self-motivated with a passion to achieve high standards.
Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
Develop and maintains an effective sales team through training and performance standards.
Takes the initiative to exceed customer satisfaction, even if it requires overcoming obstacles.
Greets customers entering the sales department on a regular basis.
Desires to meet every individual who purchases a vehicle from the dealership.
Ensures that the display stock is regularly revamped.
Ensures every sales employee shows common courtesy and professionalism to all customers.
Monitors the efforts of salespeople to enhance the image and customer satisfaction ratings of the dealership (CSI).
Is familiar with all sales tools including DMS system in order to manage all aspects of the sales process and monitoring of inventory.
Identifies, recommends, and supports opportunities for methods/process improvement.
Administers and monitors factory-sponsored programs.
Always maintains a professional appearance.
Excessive tattoos and body piercing, other than ears, must be covered while at work.
Obtains manufacturer certification annually.
Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Qualifications:
Sales Management Experience required. We provide full sales and process training. People Skills - Must be able to communicate openly and honestly and build relationships.
