We are currently looking for a Design and Sales Consultant to join our team! Atlas Stone Fabricators takes pride in the work we do. We would like someone who is willing to work individually at a fast pace but also willing to work in a team and help out in the office.

Position Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

· Estimating projects

Estimating bills of material based on plans, specifications, and customer requests
Analyze blueprints to determine dimensions
Determine the amount, type, and cost of materials and fixtures needed for each project
Determine the amount of labor required to complete each project
Complete and submit competitive project bids in accordance with established guidelines

· Meeting with clients

Walking through showroom and warehouse to select materials
Email and phone call follow ups

· Project management

Ordering materials
Data entry
Problem solving

Qualifications

· Familiarity with kitchen and bath design standards and products

· Desire to learn and advance in a career

· Ability to follow a sales process

· Strong attention to detail and organization/project management skills

· Excellent work habits including punctuality, reliability, and integrity

· Work with customers daily - must be able to generate a positive company image

· Excellent rapport building, attentiveness, listening skills, responsiveness, follow up and ability to be team player are a must

· Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft products and be able to learn with ever-growing technology

· QuickBooks experience a plus

We design and install granite and marble kitchen countertops, bathroom vanities, fireplace surrounds, tub and shower stone surrounds and more for residential homes and commercial businesses throughout Maryland, Washington DC and Northern Virginia. We customize our projects to meet the time, budget, and design constraints of each individual client, at every phase of the job.
