We are currently seeking to hire a Sales Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team while leading from the front in your own efforts to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Build the company inventory by closing new deals
- Build relationships with other people in the outdoor industry
- Reach monthly and daily sales goals
- Recruit new salesman
- Keep track of funnels and operate CRM
- Continued drive and consistency through each phase of the process
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
- Experience as a supervisor or manager
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Self driven
Pay: 1$- $250,000
Compensation package
- Equity
- Commission
- Residual reoccurring bonuses
Travel may be required

Pay: $50,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
