Job Purpose
The Client Success Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and building relationships with key clients. They will be the primary point of contact between the client and the Solutions Management Group, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met.
This position will work closely with other departments within the company to ensure that client projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Provides excellent customer service to all Solutions Management Group staff and clients
- Leads sales and implementation projects for new and existing clients
- Takes the lead on new sales requests that come to Solutions Management Group
- Prepares and conducts client review meetings
- Creates pricing and sales quotations for new and existing customers
- Takes incoming calls for the Solutions Management Group as needed
- Collaborates with service teams to develop service rates and contracts
- Assists sales team with data processing, pricing, sales presentations event promotion
- Collaborates problem-solves, and/or strategizes with team members on upcoming client meetings
- Builds trust and rapport with clients while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting both
- Acts as the main point of contact for client questions
- Engages potential new clients with solutions
- Maintains confidentiality of all Solutions Management systems and internal records
Work Schedule
The employee works a full-time schedule, Monday-Friday from 8:00 am-5:00 pm.
This position is Exempt.
Qualifications
- Employees must be able to execute strong customer service skills
- Proven track record of successful account management and exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, Excel skills are required
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Strong process
- Two years of outside or inside sales experience is preferred
