We are a rapidly expanding consulting and management firm in Nashville, seeking an outgoing individual with a passion for business and leadership to join our team as an Entry-Level Account Manager Trainee.

Position: Account Manager Trainee

Responsibilities:

Facilitate in person customer outreach and facilitate fundraising efforts on behalf of our clients
Collaborate with Senior Managers to provide outstanding customer service as the face of our clients brand within the community
Work with fellow team members to increase revenue by creating engaging sales presentations, tracking local and national trends, and developing eye catching pop-up events
Train under senior managers to understand daily operations, client information, and campaign strategies.
Communicate effectively with members of the community to build rapport and awareness for our clients
Work in a collaborative environment to drive company growth and profitability.
Learn from Senior Management to lead a team and develop innovative approaches to campaigns, supporting the company's expansion goals.
Demonstrate leadership by overseeing a team and working closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Account Manager Trainee Qualifications:

Must have excellent communication skills in order to successfully work directly with our teams and our customers
Be solution oriented while working supervised as well as independently
Excellent organization skills that will allow you to manage a small team and different customer accounts at once
Entrepreneurial attitude with an dependable work ethic that is reliable to challenge themselves and push others to be successful

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $600.00 - $1,200.00 per week
