Job Summary
To promote PowerHouse Building Solutions and leads a dedicated team of Territory Managers throughout BC.

Duties

  • Oversee & Lead Territory Managers servicingexisting accounts and establish new accounts by planning and organizing strategic growth strategies.
  • Develop a understanding of all customers and their trends
  • Develop a technical understanding of PowerHouse products
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely, efficient and productive manner in consultation with territory reps and management.
  • Analyze sales vs projections and provide insights, and solutions.
  • Continue to develop and grow existing product lines from current manufactures
  • Analyze and review new products opportunities with management
  • Review opportunities for new products
  • Meet and exceed achievable sales targets.
  • Achieve KPI’s set forth by management
  • Report on regional sales results
  • Assist senior management sales projections and territory budgets.
  • Be aware of key projects and track progress with along with territory Managers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with all clientsincluding but not limited to, Dealers, builders and contractors.
  • Provide input and assist senior management on potential programs with dealers and buying groups.
  • Build and develop sales presentations and programs as needed.
  • Attend and recommend tradeshows as necessary.
  • Work with operations staff to ensure customers orders are being filled in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Stay on top of industry trends to identify possible opportunities for company growth.
  • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
  • Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the management team to improve marketing materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00-$175,000.00 per year

  • Weekends as needed

Experience:

  • Sales: 8 years (preferred)
