Beauvais Rehab & Healthcare center is a skilled nursing community, who strives to provide clinical excellence and compassionate care to our residents and we are looking for a Marketing Director!


Position Overview

The Marketing Director is responsible for driving top line revenue for the community by maintaining and exceeding budgeted average daily census, per revenue targets. This includes oversight of external marketing efforts, direct selling, lead generation and the overall sales performance for the Nursing Home Center.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Support mission, vision, and goals of the organization, upholding and promoting company culture and vision.
  • Functions as a member of the leadership team to support and promote the vision, mission and culture of the company.
  • Maintains compliance with all applicable rules, regulations and guidelines.
  • Personally accountable for direct selling, achieving quotas/ ratios and maintaining personal lead data base.
  • Supports and motivates team members to achieve and exceed occupancy and revenue goals established by the company.
  • Ensures the product, services, and fee structure is accurately represented.
  • Develops and implements strategic monthly, quarterly and annual marketing plans in cooperation with the Executive Regional Director Business Development.
  • Participates in weekly marketing meeting with supervisor, Administrator ,and sales team, and other directors as necessary to discuss prospects, visit agendas, event planning, performance expectations, sales strategies, marketing planning and success celebrations.
  • Maintains a strong knowledge of all competitors, services provided, rates and an updated competitive analysis.
  • Provide open, honest, and candid conversations with supervisor and home office on road blocks or areas of concern.
  • Responsible for the supervision, effectiveness, and accountability of the outside business development activities.
  • Attends all required community in-service trainings, and participates in company training programs both on line and in person as required.
  • Continues to develop job related knowledge, skills and abilities by participating in continuing educational opportunities for personal growth and development.
  • Implements individual goals and targets for sales team, regarding number of calls per day, follow-up time lines, closing ratios, call and outreach blitzes, in conjunction with community and company standards and needs.
  • Performs other duties as requested and assigned.

Qualifications And Requirements

What We Expect From You

  • Combination of education and/or experience equivalent to graduation from an accredited college or university, with major work in marketing or related field
  • Valid driver’s license in the state of residence (and liability insurance) to use personal vehicle for Marketing travel.
  • At least 3 years of progressively responsible work experience in a skilled nursing facilities's admissions and marketing position.

Preferred Skills

  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions and possess excellent written/verbal communication skills in English. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to effectively communicate and train on the systems and processes. Ability to explain current monthly service fee structure and basic mathematical skills. Ability to work with the elderly in a courteous and friendly manner, demonstrating patience and compassion, flexibility and adaptability. Ability to perform duties with consideration for Residents’ rights at all times and demonstrate integrity and discretion in the care of Residents and in handling their personal information. Must be a self-starter, attentive to detail and possess excellent organization skills. Ability to manage, supervise, coach and motivate others and build teams. Must be able to work with little supervision and maintain a positive attitude and approach to new ideas, changes and improvements. Effective sales, leadership and presentation skills including public speaking and group presentations.
  • Marketing planning and analysis. Knowledge of practices and procedures, laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to sSkilled Nursing Home Center. Strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point). Ability to learn and utilize Yardi Lead Management software. Ability to organize, implement, and manage programs, goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and resources.
