Job Description

COSMO International Fragrances is seeking an Account Manager. The ideal candidate has experience in the fragrance industry and can drive business growth and create lasting client relationships with a proven track record of managing territories. In this sales role, you’ll coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Perfumers, Marketing, Production, Quality Control, Regulatory Affairs, and more, to deliver outstanding customer service and support every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and engage prospective clients.
  • Collaborate on strategic marketing plans to align with corporate objectives.
  • Establish and maintain Cosmo’s image across product lines and promotional materials.
  • Manage briefs, and oversee sample requests in collaboration with Perfumers, Marketing, Customer Service, and Production.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and monitor emerging products to keep Cosmo’s offerings competitive and relevant.

Requirement(s):

  • 5 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or commercial roles.
  • Experience in the fragrance industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related technical field preferred

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

  • Travel to meet customers, attend trade shows, and represent COSMO at industry events (up to 50% travel required).
  • In-depth understanding of the beauty and care market, with a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering measurable results.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a strategic, results-oriented approach and effective time management skills to balance customer-facing activities with internal obligations.
