Overview
Winsupply of Minneapolis is seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside HVAC Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is an essential for counter sales as well as all inside sales activities. The ideal candadite will possess a strong understanding of Residential HVAC. Preferable some experience in HVAC installation or HVAC Sales. This will be a fast paced job that requires attention to detail and prompt service
Duties
- Maintain a consistent and positive customer service image when interacting with customers
- Engage with any and all customers that walk through the door.
- Provide pricing, product, product substitutions, delivery, back-order and warranty information as requested
- Prepare accurate and timely quotations on specific jobs as required by customers and outside Salespeople.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients as needed.
- Follow up with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
Experience
- Proven experience in HVAC sales or HVAC technical sales is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to perform a variety of tasks, often changing assignments on short notice
- A proactive attitude towards learning about new products and market trends.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
