Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to join our team. As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, driving business growth, and achieving sales targets. This is a leadership role that requires strong sales skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Duties:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet company objectives
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support
- Set sales targets and monitor performance against goals
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product positioning and marketing initiatives
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in sales

Skills:
- Proven experience in account management, outside sales, or business development
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Technical sales experience in the technology industry is highly desirable
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
