Job Summary
We are currently seeking a "Healthcare sales consultant" with experience to execute a sales strategies role. OSP Labs is looking for a highly motivated and high-energy individual to grow our business by selling Healthcare technical services including but not limited to software engineering, product development, process automation, and enterprise healthcare solutions. With a growing team of experts in San Diego, Los Angeles, and New York, we are expanding our highly-effective nearshoring services.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Demonstrates an entrepreneurial spirit and drive.
- Identifying pain points in business to generate new prospects.
- Meeting prospect leads in Healthcare Industry with your different efforts.
- Work in an integrated manner with the team members from lead generation to order closure.
- Execution of technical Healthcare sales strategies to move targeted prospects to active opportunities, while positioning OSP Labs as the preferred solution provider for decision makers of targeted Healthcare companies.
- Understand and communicate client expectations effectively; gain technical and other support as necessary to exceed customer requirements and expectations.
- Protects the organization's value by keeping the information confidential.
- Presentation skills required to properly communicate values to our clients
- Previous successful Healthcare sales experience is a plus
- Must be self- motivated to learn and stay up to date on new technologies
Qualifications and Skills
- 3+ years of marketing or direct sales responsibility in the healthcare industry
- Excellent communication and EQ skillset
- Ability to multi-task and make decisions quickly
- Ability to assess the value, importance, or quality of things or people
- Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel required
Benefits
Remuneration: 10% commission on project sign off; estimated quarterly earnings up to $20K
Pay-out: Monthly
Travel & Food reimbursement at actual
