Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing customer needs, promoting our products and services, and driving sales growth. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Duties:
o Adhere to all company’s formal sales processes.
o Greet all customers as they enter the showroom.
o Establish relationship with customer by asking probing questions.
o Present product based on information giving by the customer.
o Explain full features and benefits of all products offered.
o Explain reason to Buy from Marks Marine.
o Offer pricing breakdown / Financing / Other products offered.
o Gather all information from customer and enter it in the CMR system with notes.
o Establish the correct follow up process.
o Work with Sales Lead to establish a delivery date.
o Ensure deal is accurate and complete and that all promises are well documented.
o Maintain contact with the customer to ensure smooth hand off to Service???????
o Follow up with Rigging / Detail / Service to ensure commitments are met.
o Review all deliveries prior to delivery date to ensure it is complete.
o Keep customer involved in the rigging / deliver process.
o Review products and warranties with customer on delivery date.
o Follow up with customer 24 hours after delivery date and record proper notes in CRM.
o Ensure Showroom and Sales lot are maintained at the highest level.
o Follow up with customer one month after delivery date and record proper notes in CRM.
o Ensure all Leads are followed up in a timely fashion and notes are recorded in the CRM
o Complete all training that is required.
Requirements:
· High School diploma
· Professional Appearance.
· Strong communication and closing skills.
· Ensure the sales department maintains the highest level of customer satisfaction.
· Strong understanding of products offered.
· Strong customer service skills.
· Maintain profitability and an excellent customer experience
· Maintain a clean and presentable workspace
· Valid driver’s license
· Ability to pass a pre-employment background/drug screen

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $69,482.00 - $80,102.00 per year
