Job Posting: Provider Manager
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Provider Manager to join our team in a role that parallels an account management position. As a leading medical records retrieval company, we collaborate with numerous medical offices nationwide, assisting them in fulfilling medical record requests from insurance companies. The Provider Manager will be instrumental in establishing, nurturing, and sustaining strong partnerships with these medical providers while offering necessary support.
Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct regular check-in calls with provider contacts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any concerns.
-Facilitate the onboarding process for new provider offices, including training them on the utilization of our software.
-Serve as the primary point of contact for provider offices, offering prompt and effective assistance to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
-Coordinate with provider offices to schedule appointments for our retrieval agents to collect medical records efficiently.
-Proactively troubleshoot any issues that arise with provider offices or retrieval agents to ensure smooth operations.
-Work diligently to achieve both individual and team goals, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
-Occasionally visit provider offices to foster deeper relationships, gather feedback, and enhance collaboration.
-Communicate and strategize with internal teams to optimize processes and deliver exceptional service.
-Identify opportunities for process improvements internally and externally to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
-Assist providers in maximizing the benefits of our services through proactive support and guidance.
-Manage conflicts in a constructive and productive manner, fostering positive outcomes for all parties involved.
Required Skills:
-Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
-Strong time management abilities, capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-Proficiency with advanced Microsoft Office products, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
-A team player with a collaborative mindset, willing to support colleagues and contribute to team success.
-Proven conflict resolution skills, with the ability to address challenges diplomatically and find mutually beneficial solutions.
-Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a keen eye for accuracy and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
