The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager, based in our Moncton office and will be responsible for Atlantic Canada. The Sales Manager reports to the President and will be responsible for the oversight of the sales team and is accountable for the company’s weekly, monthly and year-end sales targets. The Sales Manager will direct the sales team and provide leadership towards the achievement of sales targets, including on-boarding, training and mentorship of the sales force. Our ideal candidate will possess stand-out leadership qualities, a strategic mindset with exceptional communication and strong desire to develop client relationships.

The Ideal Candidate:
Though roofing knowledge isn’t a must-have, we're on the lookout for someone endowed with:
- A minimum 5 years direct sales experience, preferably within the exterior home improvement industry and a minimum of 2+ years leading a sales team.
- A track record of generating and developing leads.
- Effective time management, organization and multi-tasking skills.
- Advanced tech acumen.
- A solution-oriented mindset.
- Stellar communication capabilities.
