Are you passionate about helping individuals and businesses navigate complex tax challenges? We're looking for a dynamic Tax Resolution Sales Representative to join our team. As an integral part of our mission, you'll play a crucial role in assisting clients with their tax-related issues and ensuring their financial well-being.

You will receive a bonus for each successful close resulting from your transfer, with an average of 7-20 closes per month. We offer a starting base salary of $3,000 per month, with average earnings ranging from $5,000 to $8,000 per month.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify Opportunities:
- Conduct thorough market research to pinpoint tax-related pain points and emerging trends.
- Analyze client needs and identify opportunities where our tax resolution services can make a significant impact.

2. Lead Generation:
- Cold calling (at least 100-200 calls daily)! Reach out to potential clients, build relationships, and generate leads.
- Position yourself as a trusted advisor who understands their unique tax challenges.

3. Tools and Strategies:
- Utilize sales management tools to track progress and optimize your strategies.
- Stay ahead of the curve by adapting to changes in tax laws and regulations.

4. Collaborate and Exceed:
- Work closely with our sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Leverage your interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.

5. Upsell Solutions:
- Once clients experience the value of our tax resolution services, upsell additional offerings.
- Show them how comprehensive solutions can lead to long-term financial stability.

Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
- Proven track record in inside sales and customer service
- Ability to effectively negotiate and close deals
- Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Logics
- Strong business development and outbound calling skills
