** UNCAPPED COMMISSION STRUCTURE. THIS POSITION IS SALARY + COMMISSION**

POSITION SUMMARY

An Inside Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales, financial, and structural strategies across the inside sales department. Their duties include visiting with employees, communicating about sales goals and expectations, gathering research about their target market, and holding their sales team accountable to their KPI’s. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing a sales team of 2 direct reports and up to 15 non direct reports. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset. The last key area of responsibility will be meeting and exceeding the expectations of our business objectives that are set by the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create inside sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.
  • Support Inside Sales professionals and leads with day-to-day operation.
  • Evaluate individual performances.
  • Report on Inside sales results
  • Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual profits.
  • Identify hiring needs, and then partner with recruiting to select, and train new salespeople.
  • Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility.
  • Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
  • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
  • Participate in decisions for expansion.
  • Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Associate degree in Automotive Technology or related field preferred.
  • Experience in the diagnostic tool industry.
  • Excellent oral and written skills required.
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sale team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Availability to travel as needed.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • Accurately communicate information to our customers, sales teams, and internal departments.
  • Ability to meet deadlines for communicating information to customers, sales teams, and internal departments.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication (written and oral) and presentation skills.
  • Ability to interact with various personality types.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize responsibilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quickly changing priorities.
  • Actively takes part in continuing education & training.
  • Creates & encourages positive team spirit.
  • General proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Requires a valid driver’s license.
  • Requires a valid Passport.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This position will have supervisory responsibilities.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Basic motor skills and manual dexterity for extensive computer usage are required.
  • Sitting for extended periods of time is required.
  • Talking, hearing and close vision abilities are required.
  • Ability to occasionally lift 50 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
