Job duties include:
Sales managers will be responsible for achieving maximum profitability of the sales department while focusing on customer retention. To achieve this, they must effectively manage sales personnel; have a strong knowledge of the market, and an in-depth understanding of all sales departments' financial data.
Qualifications & Job Requirements:

  • Experience in the Auto Industry
  • Experience in F&I
  • Act as an advocate for teammates and have a strong commitment to technology advancement
  • Possesses effective communication skills: oral, written, listening.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation/closing skills -Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $78,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
