AMK Global Group, a leading Canadian recruitment and immigration firm specializing in providing skilled international workers to the hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Hospitality Industry Expert to join our team. With a focus on expanding our services and client base, we are looking for a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience at a senior management level within the hotel industry.
Responsibilities:
- Business Expansion: Lead strategic initiatives to expand AMK Global Group's presence in Canada's hospitality sector by connecting the company with many more businesses of the same sector, in line with growth objectives.
- Industry Engagement: Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders like hotel chains, resorts, and organizations to align with Manpower's client engagement strategy.
- Advisory Role: Provide insights on market trends, best practices, and growth opportunities to the recruitment team, collaborating closely with Manpower's leadership.
- Recruitment Oversight: Oversee recruitment and placement of international workers, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations and client requirements..
- Industry Representation: Enhance brand visibility and thought leadership at industry events, contributing to Manpower's reputation as a trusted partner.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify areas for business growth, supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Customer Service Excellence: Maintain professionalism and integrity in all interactions, reflecting Manpower's commitment to exceptional service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in senior management roles within the hotel industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- IT Proficient.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
